Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Chariot Motors website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

Chariot Motors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Vehicle Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all vehicle information, including pricing, specifications, images, and availability, is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur. Chariot Motors does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any vehicle information on the Site.

All vehicle prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, registration fees, documentation fees, or shipping costs unless explicitly stated. Vehicle images may include optional equipment not included in the base price.

Purchases & Financing

Any vehicle purchase made through Chariot Motors is subject to a separate purchase agreement. Financing applications are subject to credit approval by our lending partners. We do not guarantee financing approval or specific interest rates.

All vehicle sales are final after the applicable cooling-off period as required by Ohio law. The 30-day repurchase program is subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Chariot Motors or other users.

User Content & Communications

When you submit information, inquiries, or content to Chariot Motors (including via contact forms, email, or social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content for business purposes.

You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of Chariot Motors or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

"Chariot Motors," the Chariot Motors logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Chariot Motors. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Chariot Motors. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, VEHICLES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHARIOT MOTORS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Vehicle information is provided for informational purposes only and should be independently verified.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHARIOT MOTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY VEHICLE PURCHASE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the preceding twelve months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chariot Motors, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Auglaize County, Ohio.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to the Site

• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
